My journey into HR started finally
Blog No. 2 After I quit my first job from the banking sector I moved with one of my batch mate in a metro city from where I thought I will got a lot many opportunities into my sector. So finally I moved and the most interesting thing is to convince my father that I want to do job out of my city was very tough. As I also belong to that family culture where girls doesn't consider equal as men. Although my daddy loves me a lot more than my brother but still he wants me to keep safe from the evil eyes of the outer world. Finally I convinced my dad that in metro city there are lot of opportunities and also I am not alone as I will move with my MBA batch mate so I will be safe there. So my daddy trusted me and finally while giving me 10,000 bucks I moved to the city, to whom I don't know anything. Well it is for every new chicken in the professional world to do struggle. It doesn't matter from how rich family you belong to or how middle class you are but this experience is a must...
